St. John’s is hosting its third annual Worship Conference to provide continuing education and conversation for pastors and church musicians. Congregation members are also encouraged to attend if they find it useful to their learning.

He is the author of the book, “Worship Wars in Early Lutheranism: Choir, Congregation, and Three Centuries of Conflict,” and is also known for his choral and organ compositions, as well as his contributions to the Lutheran Service Book.
